Auntie Mable Moody's longtime boyfriend Felton 'Bamm' Kemp has just been paroled after doing six years for a pistol charge. Mable has some hustles going but Bamm wants to make his own way. As their romance rekindles she becomes pregnant so she attempts to change his priorities. With so much going on off of Western Avenue, he is tempted to do a number of things to make money. He begins to do high stake robberies with some of his homies. A brutal double murder and a war between the Harvard Park Brims and Eight Tray Gangsters adds fuel to the fire, making it hot on Western and surrounding areas.
